Lauren Broom a Pool & Hot Tub Alliance® PHTA® Certified Pool Operator Course (CPO)® Instructor. She is the owner of Space Coast Pool School, LLC for the past 10 years. She attended the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She currently hold a designation as a Registered Sanitarian (certification in public health). She has 17 years experience in the inspection of commercial public pools in Florida with the Florida Department of Health along with recreational waterborne disease outbreak investigations. In addition she is an authorized OSHA 10 & 30 Trainer in General Industry and has developed the first OSHA 10 course for the pool industry!
